Competition is tough. The game is employment. We are all becoming World Citizens.

Whether you live in Europe, Asia, the Americas, Africa, wherever, the playing field is no longer your home town— its the worldwide job market. That’s where you compete now.
Wherever you live on this ball of spinning rock we call Planet Earth, the web has made us one family of industry. Its called the global workforce.
Outsourcing is what its called if you hire work from outside your local market. Insourcing is what happens when you are hired from outside your market. Call it whatever you will.
The fact is this— your education level, your skills, are competing with the education and skills of people you will never know or even meet.
What does this all mean? Your degree has to stand up against theirs. Your work ethic has to race against theirs.
Of course, there will be politicians— especially in the USA— who exploit fear to get votes, and push protectionist agenda. They belong to the past. Market dynamics reality will rule. Those politicians are holding back the progress of their followers. The demands of world markets will always drive the future.
PROFITS DEFINE PROBABILITIES. Protectionism fades away while outsourcing and insourcing thrive.
Right now, India is the leader in this worldwide phenomenon— thanks to their deep pool of high-quality higher-ed grads.
And really,is this so new? Humans are voyaged for centuries to trade globally. Goods were the trade item, historically.
But now, with web-based businesses determining the future shape of global business, intellectual power is the goods. Higher education is outsourced as a service.

Markets have always imported goods from other markets abroad, where similar goods were found cheaper. Intellectual goods are the same.
Currently, India leads in its higher education outsourcing pool of intellect. But many other smaller nations are rapidly arriving— China and Vietnam are coming up fast, with levels of higher education cresting each year.
But India is still the intellectual outsourcing standard. Look at India’s centers of intellect, so rich with millions of grads of higher education. Centers like Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Dublin, Hyderabad, Makati City, Mumbai, Pune, and others.
India’s success has not gone unchallenged. Is it the USA rising to the challenge?
Take a look, at this list (by estimated business traffic) of the TOP 20 GLOBAL OUTSOURCING CENTERS:
Not one North American city on is this list! Not one AMERICAN city!
You can see, at a glance, that Kolkata, Chandigarh and Coimbatore, are India’s own challengers to its bigger centers like Bangalore.
And check out the Phillipines! That said, look even harder at the list— Vietnam is already being called “the next China.”
And perhaps the most obvious trend of all, is that all the small countries appear as an aggregate, combined like one big India of the future.
For workers in the USA, who are justifiably terrified of losing their jobs to international outsourcing, EDUCATION is the only answer.
Instead of despairing, educate yourself and become the hirers of others; create your own opportunities, with knowledge, instead of waiting for them to magically appear.

Americans must face the fact that it is a global race for jobs now. Watching pundits scream on the rant-news programs won’t get your jobs back. Those jobs are gone. The pundits are selling rage and air-time. And they are wasting your precious time— when, instead, you should be studying, reinventing yourself, fighting for you future.
Outsourcing is NOT the most fundamental underlying cause of the high unemployment in the USA— the TRUE cause is comparative lack of EDUCATION.
You MUST realize this— each and every one of you is COMPETING WITH EVERY OTHER HUMAN ON THIS GLOBE!
Whoever you are, people, wherever on earth you live, equip yourself to compete, (or fall ever farther behind, as the global intellectual ship sails away forever)!
EDUCATE, EDUCATE, EDUCATE!
